Westminster Farms started back in 1973 with only 25 acres of land and currently farms 546 acres of owned and rented farm ground. The operation farms parcels of land that reach from Dayton to Ballston in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Approximately 250 acres of this land is irrigable.
Planting a variety of crops, the farm presently produces crops that flourish in the wet temperate climate of western Oregon. As Oregon is noted for the quality of its grass seed, this is the principal crop grown by the farm. It currently raises for open market, turf and forage fescue, and turf perennial ryegrass. It also grows vetch, red clover, peas, radish, and wheat as rotation crops.
Beginning in 2015, the farm began to diversify into hazelnut production.
